As a longstanding client, it has been a pleasure to work closely with Kai Booker and to benefit from his skill and empathy as a HR Consultant. When we heard that Kai was leaving his employment to start his own venture, we were as a company keen to retain the relationship and explore other ways we could work together moving forward. We have recently appointed Kai in the Role of Non-Executive Director and in a relatively short space of time have realised more than ever, the skill that he has to offer.
