Booker HR was founded with the following principles at its core;  services and support should be comprehensive yet straight forward, considered yet responsive, risk aware not risk averse.

I pride myself on getting to know my clients, their business and staff in order to provide exceptional advice, guidance and service.

In addition to my extensive training and experience within HR, I am also an experienced Mediator, Manager, Non-Executive Director and most recently business owner.  This background enables me to understand from different angles the HR challenges and opportunities businesses face.

I meet with all clients personally to establish their specific HR requirements and agree a service which best serves those needs.  You may need the full range of services offered or simply one.  My services are flexible, responsive and customised to each unique client.

Personally managing on behalf of client’s; investigations, disciplinary & capability matters, absence reviews, redundancy, restructures and appeals.

Workplace Mediation

Mediating disputes between employees to resolve conflict.  I am accredited by the Professional Mediators Association (PMA) and subscribe to their standards which you can read here.

HR Training
