We have been working with Kai since August 2017. We identified within our business a weakness in our HR and inability to complete PDR’s and provide feedback to members of staff. I contacted Kai as he came very well recommended to see if he could help.

I needed some urgent advice, we approached several HR Providers, but they were so expensive and offered to help however, in very little detail until you signed the dotted line.  They also wanted to tie you into contracts for years, paying really high premiums.
