In addition to my extensive training and experience within HR, I am also an experienced Mediator, Manager, Non-Executive Director and most recently business owner. This background enables me to understand from different angles the HR challenges and opportunities business face.

I meet with all clients personally to establiish their specific HR requirements and agree a service which best serves those needs. You may need the full range of services offered or simply one. My services are flexible, responsive and customised to each unique client.
